Living Room Area
The 2500 square foot condo is fully air conditioned and very luxurious. The living room has a comfortable couch and a relaxing chair and ottoman, as well as satellite television, DVD player, CD player, and even an IPOD docking station if you want bring your own music. The satellite is USA based Dish Network so you can get all your favorite US channels. There are a variety of board games to play and entertain the kids. We also provide a voice over IP Vonage telephone for free long distance calls to the US. Please understand that Nah-Ha 301 is a non-smoking unit.

The open and spacious living room/dining room and master bedroom has access to the large balcony with amazing views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The balcony has chairs and tables for relaxing, napping, reading and especially for taking in the breathtaking Cozumel sunsets. We recommend you make time each day for Sunset Appreciation Hour (margaritas optional).

Master Suites
There are three beautifully decorated master suites, each with its own bathroom, shower and walk-in closet. One master suite has a large bathtub. Each room has an incredible view of the ocean. Two of the rooms are equipped with king size beds and one has two-twin beds that can be joined together at guest request.

Each master suite has a ceiling fan above the bed for comforting air flow, as well as windows that open to allow the warm Cozumel breeze to blow through. You will find the ample suites warm and cozy, and with many modern conveniences for a comfortable stay on the island. There is nothing quite like waking up in the morning and seeing the colors of the Caribbean ocean without even getting out of bed. Complete maid service is provided daily (except Sundays).

Kitchen and Dining
The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. There is a water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator door that uses purified bottled water. We also provide room temperature purified bottled water from a dispenser in the kitchen for brushing teeth etc. Carafes are provided for its use in each bathroom. We don't recommend drinking the tap water.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary utensils and serving dishes to create gourmet meals, including ceramic range top, full oven, microwave, toaster, blender, George Foreman Grill, and coffee maker. If you like to cook or entertain while you are on vacation, you will feel right at home here.

The lovely dining room table is suited for six guests complete with place mats and center arrangement.

Pool
The Balcony and Pool area are available to enjoy the tropical sun. The pool area has two whirlpool tubs and a large 5 ft deep swimming pool, as well as an outdoor shower, and a ladder to get in and out of the ocean - you can even snorkel right in front of the property!

The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and tables for your comfort. Access to the pool area is allowed only to guests of the building, and you will rarely find very many people using the facilities. The view is amazing. Dolphin can often be seen - especially from Nov-May.
